Managing my account was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. Compared to other services I use, where I can update my info in a couple minutes, this felt clunky and like nothing worked the way it was supposed to. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really make things any easier. Overall, it was just annoying for something that should be simple.

The shop didn’t have my appointment in their system, so I just sat around while they tried to sort it out. The tires was installed in the end, but the whole thing felt messy and unorganized. I bought a set from giga-tires.com i’m disappointed. At first they looked fine, like nothing seemed off, but after just a few weeks they started riding really rough and got noisy on the road. Noisy, really noisy. The tread also seems to be wearing down way faster than I expected, and I don’t drive aggressively or anything like that. Just normal everyday driving. I regret buying them because the quality feels cheap, cheap.

My order did show up, so I think everything is legit. The only thing was the updates were really slow and kind of made me nervous for a bit. To be fair, I might’ve just ordered at a bad time, because the timing seemed off more than anything.
