"Supermax tires after only 50 days and 10,000 miles from Gigatires"
After just 50 days and 10,000 miles on all 4 Supermax tires I bought from Gigatires, they showed bubbles in the part close to the contact of the wheels. When I tried to contact these guys asking for help I was mistreated. Alejandra from customer service was rude and lazy. He didn't even have the good will to pass me the manufacturer's website so that I could try a solution. Stay away from this tires and absolutely from this seller.

"Bought 4 tires and only got 3"
Bought 4 tires and only got 3.
4th tire got lost by fedex and got a refund after waiting a whole week
Then tried to rebuy a replacement for the lost tire and was going to be gouged by them for 20-30$ more then when original purchased.
When tired to return the 3 via walmart, and after 1 hour wasting time with customer service and walmart.com, they said giga tires has to deal with the return. Now I have to wait even longer to be done with this nightmare of a shopping experience. Never shop with walmart.com and buy from gigatires!!!!! Shop and Mr Tire or Tirerack.com, you'll thank me in the long run!

"i ordered4 studded snow tires thru…"
i ordered4 studded snow tires thru walmart, gigs tires was the vendor, they sent 4 unstudded and charged my credit card for 4 studded, they didn’t put a sticker on them so walmart couldn’t scan them. they were returned them back to gigs tires but giga tires charged $760. to my discover card !! i’ve been trying to get it straightened out since november 3rd 2022, i have spent hours on t
he phone trying to get in touch with them walmart has also tried to get to the bottom of it, i disputed the case with Discover card and giga tires contested it so now in jan 2023, they are recharging my card again. this company is either ran terrible or they are crooks !!! after reading other reviews i see lots of other complaints

"Very missinforming seller"
I'm not one to complain or leave negative reviews however,.........I really needed 4 tires as mine were 2/32 in the back and 3/32 on the front. I didn't have a lot of time to be messing around so I ordered tires off Amazon. It said they were in stock. Ordered Monday, Tuesday I got a picture of my delivery but it looked like I only got 2 tires....ok so they made a mistake it happens. Called them and they took my info, I was told I was going to be called back right away. Wednesday came no call. So I called Thursday I was never rude just wanted to know where my tires were cause I needed to put them on over the weekend. The seccond call the woman told me sometimes it "takes a while" for their distributer to respond.......I'm sorry what? You can't just call them you have to e-mail and wait for a response?.....so I told her ok but I kinda need these tires. She assured me I would get a call. Not even 2 hours after that conversation all a sudden I'm getting refunded half what I paied on Amazon for the tires. Now I have 2 tires in need of 2 more have no money to buy them because the refund process takes 5 to 7 business days to clear....and I never initiated any refund process they did it without my consent. And put reason for refund is customer sent back product....I never got the product to begin with... I just wanted them to ship the 2 additional tires. So I contacted Amazon and they told me I can reorder 2 more with the seller or go buy somewhere else. I checked Amazon and now the same tires are 30$ more. Some shady stuff going on here. So now I'm forced to use tirerack.com and I'll use them from now on cause you can't trust these 3rd party sellers on amazon.

"I bougth a tyre and payed"
I bougth a tyre and payed. The order is confirmed! A few days later they asked for my patiant, but lately posponed the order: not on stock! It was a lie! On the web page it was still available, but... they raised the price with 30%! It looks they didn't want to sell on the lower price!!! They refunded it after several calls and emails...

"Poor customer service"
Purchased a set of tires back in March 2021 and just last week I experienced a blow out on my back driver side tire, upon inspection of Firestone they could not repair due to a manufacturer defect,( bead separated from the rubber). I not only spent over a thousand dollars for this said set of tires but, I then I had to spend another $330.00 for a new one until I get the one replaced under warranty. I reached out multiple time via phone calls left voicemails, sent email, sent photos of the damaged tire. Giga tires response was, its the installers malfunction not manufacturer defect! I then went back to the shop that originally installed the tires and showed them the emails stating that giga tire was blaming them for the tire. The tire shop then inspected the tire and showed me why it failed and how it wasn’t the installation that caused it. I then reached out again for the fourth time to giga tire to send me a return label so they could actually inspect it for themself instead of determining it wasn’t a manufacturer defect by a picture. Giga tires response was they will send a return label and if it is deemed not a manufacturer defect then if I wanted the tire back I would have to pay for the return lol. This is absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had over tires just purchased. Please look at all the review before you buy from giga tire not saying it will happen to you but I also said it wouldn’t happen and here we are.

"WARNING WARNING"
I just received the information that I have two choices 1; If I want to have my delivery as ordered to my front door it will take another seven (7) days or 2; Go and get the tires from the postal office myself in 1- 2 days.

This means that the second delivery (as ordered) will take two (2) weeks instead of 7 days as promised and the TOTAL time of delivery would be around 5 Weeks (instead of as communicated on their webpage 3-5 days). Or if I go and get the packages myself that it would take a minimum of 8 to 9 days and the TOTAL time of delivery would be over 4 weeks.

Is this company for real?

I keep getting their excuses - excuses that have the exact same expressions and format on different platforms (different Facebook-pages due to that they have multiple brands marketing their services, mail-correspondence, phone-calls and so forth) - meaning that this is something they are used to.

My biggest upset however - is that the chairman of the board Alexander Gebler and the other board members: Dr. Harald Blania, Alexander Eichler, Philip von Grolman,Thomas Loock, Dr. Andreas Prüfer is giving their staff (who are doing their best) tools that are not sufficient to avoid problems and to solve them if they appear.

The year is almost 2021 and companies like this still exist - amazing.

"Bad warranty practice"
This company makes it almost impossible to get warranty on tires, even clearly there was a defect. They make you remove the tire and ship it back for inspection even after providing pictures. Even then, there is no guarantee they will honor the warranty. By the time you consider the cost involved. It is basically not worthwhile to claim anything. Stay way from this reseller.

This company will try their best to get out of warranty claims. One has to remove the tire and ship it back first, making it not worthwhile to claim anything. What is the point of warranty if you have to spend so much just to file a claim?
